The Smell of Fall: A Smells of the Seasons Book:By Mary Ann Hake

About Book

The Smell of Fall: A Smells of the Seasons Book: A blind girl experiences the season through her nose.

How would a blind child experience the world?

Join April as her nose leads her through autumn adventures in nature and at home, at school and on a farm. Children will enjoy the sensory experiences with April and her menagerie of pets. Fall smells may be the best of all!

The Smell Of Fall” by Mary Ann Hake is a small child’s picture book. This book has beautiful pictures. I believe a child really would like this book.  Just by the pictures alone a child could tell you the story if they couldn’t read it.This book is written as if a blind child wrote it. She describes the smells that she smells in the fall.I think the whole collection would be a great gift for a child to help them understand the seasons and the smells that goes along with them. I think children would read these books over and over or want someone to read them to them.

I received a complimentary copy from the author, and these opinions are my own.

Thanks for the review. Actually, my first two books won Mom's Choice Awards. I should have sent a new bio. : )
