I have to be honest and say I liked the fact that his book was split-time. I wished there was more of the story involving Elyna and Burke. I also have to be honest and say that this book wasn't my cup of tea, I really had a hard time getting into and really found it hard to keep reading. I did finally get into the book when I got to the last chapter and wanted more. I really felt Sienna Rothesay's pain when her grandfather didn't remember her because of Alzheimer. ( I remember praying that when my grandma was losing parts of her memory, that she wouldn't forget me and God honored that prayer).

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading your review. You always write from your heart and I appreciate how you let readers know about a book. I cried about the granddad having Alzheimer as well.
