I really enjoyed reading this book. I thought it read more like a love story. It was easy to follow and I was cheering for Winnifred Wylde to be right and to help set a trap for the kidnapper to be caught.
I thought it was interesting that one of the suitors for Winnifred has a secret of his own.
I recommend this book to any reader that likes Historical Fiction and true crime in one story.
I am glad that even though this book is based on a real life killer and tries to commit murder in this book, the scenes aren't graphic and the book is really enjoyable.
