HOME ON HUCKLEBERRY HILL" BY JENNIFER BECKSTRAND is a really good book. It is a story about how a married Amish couple take each other for granted. If the reader lets it, it can give you clues into why your marriage may be having trouble. Yes, the book is fiction but again Fiction can be real life.
This book is a much more serious book than the other books in this series. Yes, there are funny scenes in the books and a few witty sayings.
This book has characters that readers really love and then there are a few that you really want them to fall into a pile of manure. ( you know there is a outhouse in this story.)
I recommend this book even if you don't like the Amish genre.
