"Dark Water " by Christy Barritt suspense, mystery, and romance. It is a clean read and full of mystery and I was keeping reading till the end. This book keeps you guessing to the end. There is something to like and dislike about every character in this novel. While reading this book, I kept thinking okay, this is the guilty party.
This book makes me want to read her other books, this is a first in a new series but the characters are from another series. I will be reading them asap. This is my first read by her, I think. I read so many I can't remember them all. But, I will remember this book because it was a keep those pages turning story.
If you like stories about Navy Seals and heroes that saves damsels in peril, "Dark Water" is your type of novel.
The ending will surprise you.

I’ve fallen in love with the people there, and they feel more like friends than fictional characters.Dark Water is about a group of former Navy SEALs who band together to former an elite private security firm. But they all share secrets, as well as guilt over the death of their SEAL leader. In order to move on, they must find answers.
I introduced Colton Locke in the last book of the Lantern Beach PD series—Plan of Action. I knew he needed his own book and that I wanted to develop his character more. That turned into a four-book series featuring Colton and three of his friends. Blackout contains suspense, mystery, and romance—all of my favorite things!
