Genre:  Devotional
Release Date: March 3, 2020
God Sees HerFollowing the overwhelming success and rave reviews of God Hears Her, we’re bringing you another devotional written by women for women to reassure you that God is with you. God Sees Her is a beautifully styled gift book containing 366 meditations with accompanying Scripture that speak to the heart of women.
The title comes from a story in an Old Testament book of the Bible—Genesis—where Hagar is on the run, alone in the desert with nowhere to go. The angel of the Lord finds her and calls her by name. After this encounter, Hagar exclaimed, “You are the God who sees me” (Genesis 16:13). Women today need this same assurance . . . God sees you, God knows you by name, and God cares about every detail of your life.
Let these short Our Daily Bread devotionals written by women like you wash over your soul and remind you each day that God is near. The handy size, ribbon marker, and decorative cover make it perfect for gift giving to your girlfriends too.

"God Sees Her" by Our Daily Bread Publishing is a devotional for women. It has 365 devotions, one for each day of the year. There is a scripture passage, a short story or verse, and then a short devotional that relates to the scripture passage. They are easy to read, and I found them encouraging. I like that at the end there is information on the writers of "God See Her". This book would be a great gift for any woman, even yourself as it reminds us that God hears every prayer, and that He is with us and sees our struggles and hears even the silent prayers and that no one is hopeless and beyond God's saving help.

This is a great companion to have with the book "God Hears Her"

I only have one small problem with this book, (I like the fact that there is no year on the dates ) but today's devotion seems like it is outdated because at the end it says this. "As we ponder the events of this week leading up to the celebrate of Jesus's resurrection, may we too be given the gift of humility so we can extend Jesus's love to our friends and any enemies"  I know Easter was early this year and we should extend Jesus's love to others daily so this doesn't really brother me at all.

I like to read  "God Hears Her"and "God Sees Her" side by side. Today in "God Sees Her" it talks about Jesus washing Judas's feet and In "God Hears Her" it talks about David.

I truly recommend these books, there are a great way to start the day.

I was given a complimentary copy by the author and Celebrate Lit. These opinions are my own.
